Old East Dallas is full of 100 year old homes, this is not one of them. About a dozen years ago a builder bought up land with dilapidated homes on Reiger Ave and started building about a dozen spacious foursquare homes. These homes have fantastic curb appeal, but are looking dated inside. This client wanted to update the kitchen and the master bathroom to more authentic look with modern updates.
In the kitchen we painted the existing oak cabinets, installed granite countertops in white cotton color and beveled subway tile. We also installed new stainless appliances, a farm sink, and a bridge style faucet.
The result was a fantastic updated look in just a couple of weeks time.
